Warranty Details:

Lifetime warranty is valid for frames for the original owner.
Six month on forks and components (excludes consumables, tyres & inner tubes).
This warranty extends from the date of purchase, is offered only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable.
This warranty applies only to OXYGEN cycles purchased through an authorised dealer or distributor.

Any defect arising from normal wear and tear. Improper assembly or follow-up maintenance.
Installation or modification of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the cycle.
Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Paint fading caused by the effects of ultraviolet light (UV) or outdoor exposure.
Cycles used for commercial activities, including those in rental, demo or security fleets.
This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item, and said repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the warranty. Labour charges and transportation for part replacement or changeover.
OXYGEN cycles or any of its affiliates is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

For bike purchased from authorised OXYGEN cycles dealer contact the seller from where you purchased bike so they can investigate your warranty problem to initiate a warranty claim. Proof of purchase is required.
